SIAM KUBOTA Corporation Co., Ltd. was established on August 2, 2010 with a registered capital of 3,114 million baht. It is a joint venture between KUBOTA Corporation (Japan) and SCG (Siam Cement Group).

SIAM KUBOTA Corporation Co,. Ltd. made its debut in the export business in 1997 with diesel engines and power tiller in Cambodia and Myanmar and raked in 45 million baht in sales volumes. It is designed for slow speed with high torque. Fuel economy is achieved with estimated fuel consumption of 3-4 litres per rai. It is specially designed for farm works. Operationspeed and efficiency are enhanced with a hydraulic-supported header of 2.5 m. The reel can be lowered and raised separately, which is ideal for reducing the header area loss of grains.

This attribute can raise the combine harvester up to 10 cm and keep it in the horizontal position to efficiently perform its work even in uneven paddy fields or low-lying fields. High ground clearance of 40 cm also minimizes problems of the combine getting stuck in sinkages.

The wide-diameter threshing cylinder is made for high-performance threshing. A double-layer concave is designed for more efficient separation of rice grains. It is also adjustable up to four levels to suit varieties of rice.

The tracks are wider and longer. Rubber is specially developed to give better performance when working in low-lying paddy fields without causing damage to ground surfaces. It exerts minimum ground contact force of 0.18 kg per cm square.

The header and the reel can be raised and lowered or moved to left or right with the touch of fingertip. The performance is enhanced by the auger that can be swung a 240 degrees. Grains can be discharged within 2-2.5 minutes while the discharge height can be set  between 4.1 m to 1.18 m to efficiently unload grains into rice sacks.

It comes with a 3,331-cc center direct injection diesel engine of Model V330, boasting 70 horsepower. Fuel is directly injected into the middle of the piston head, resulting in a complete combustion and fuel economy.

With the help of Synchro-Shuttle system located under the steering for ease of operation, KUBOTA L Special tractor can be switched between forward and reverse without stopping. These features make gear shifting easier, smooth operation and powerful agility.

A hydraulic-supported header set with front width of 2 m is provided to enhance maneuverability and operation. The reel can be raised or lowered to desired height. Spring tire reel is designed to harvest both standing and lodged crops. Divider enables harvesting of crops grown along the paddy field bunds, allowing the combine to do its job efficiently.
